30-Day Return Window

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Products must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food products (for health and safety reasons)
• Products that have been used or partially consumed
• Items damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged product.

Return Process

2. We'll provide a return authorization and return shipping address
3. Package the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company, typically 3-5 business days after we issue the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different formula or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at info@petwantssouthorlando.com or +14104653200. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the process above.
